Focus of The Week
Making Decisions Fast and Correcting Along the Way
Millionaire Mindset Principle:
Millionaires are not paralyzed by indecision—they make moves. Fast. Decisive. Purposeful. Do they always get it right? No. But they understand that action creates feedback. And feedback is where all the growth (and wealth) lives.
Speed beats perfection. The longer you wait, the more momentum you lose. The rich understand this: a good decision now is better than a perfect decision too late.
How to apply it this week:
Adopt the 80/20 Decision Rule: Make a decision when you have 80% of the info. The last 20% usually doesn’t matter or becomes clearer once you act.
Use the “2-Minute Gut Test”: If you're stuck between two choices, set a 2-minute timer. Decide fast. Trust your instincts.
Ask: What’s Reversible? Most choices aren’t permanent. If it’s reversible, choose quickly and adjust later.
Reframe “Mistakes” as “Moves”: Even the wrong move teaches you something. Millionaires don’t fail slower—they fail faster and smarter.
Stop Overconsuming Info: At some point, more research = more confusion. Move from input → output this week.
Take Action!
“The 5 Bold Decisions Playbook”
Goal: Build decisiveness by making and acting on 5 decisions this week that you would normally delay or overthink.
🔹 Day 1: List 5 Lingering Decisions
Write down 5 things you've been avoiding, delaying, or stuck on—things like:
Starting a savings account
Launching your idea
Switching platforms/tools
Reaching out to a potential client
Making a health, finance, or business commitment
No decision is too small if it’s been weighing on you.
🔹 Day 2–6: One Decision Per Day
Each day, tackle one of the items on your list. Choose. Execute. Learn. Some decisions will take 10 minutes. Others, 10 seconds.
When doubt creeps in, ask:
Will this still matter in a year?
Is doing nothing actually better?
What would the “future version of me” want me to do right now?
🔹 Day 7: Debrief & Realign
Answer honestly:
Which decision was the hardest to make?
Which one felt best after doing it?
What action will I now take faster because of this week’s progress?

Millionaire Myth-Busting
“Millionaires Never Struggle with Doubt”
🧨 Verdict: Absolutely False — They Just Move Anyway.
The Myth:
“Successful people are always confident.”
“They don’t second-guess themselves.”
“They’re fearless risk-takers.”
The Truth:
Millionaires wrestle with doubt just like everyone else. The difference? They don’t let it decide for them.
Here’s what high achievers understand:
Self-doubt is a signal—not a stop sign. It usually means you’re leaving your comfort zone. That’s a good thing.
Courage is built by repetition. The more often you act despite doubt, the quieter it gets.
Confidence comes after action. You earn belief in yourself by doing hard things—even when your brain tells you you’re not ready.
Real-World Insight:
Behind every major success is someone who hesitated… and still moved. The person who pitched the client while shaking. Launched the business with zero followers. Posted the video knowing it might flop. Applied for the role they “weren’t qualified” for.
They weren’t fearless. They were willing.
Your Move This Week:
When you feel doubt creeping in, try this 5-second mental reframe:
🧠 “This discomfort means I’m leveling up. Let’s go.”
Then take the step.
Final Lock-In
Decide faster.
Doubt less.
Learn quicker.
Repeat daily.
Your momentum won’t come from thinking more.
It comes from doing—especially when you don’t feel ready.
That’s A Wrap
